Hi! We’re Jen and Mark, and we’ve been together for over 26 years. Prairie Pops combines Jen’s Culinary Arts background with Mark’s Business Management experience, but more than anything, it’s built on our shared love of incredible food and our dream of working for ourselves.

We’re proudly based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, which inspired the “Prairie” in our name. We love being part of our local community and creating desserts to share with our neighbors throughout the Twin Cities.

Our philosophy is simple: Flavor Over Fashion. We handcraft every pop with quality ingredients and recipes that focus on taste first, because the best desserts are the ones people can’t stop talking about.

When we’re not baking, you’ll usually find us playing board games, diving into fantasy worlds, or enjoying a good D&D campaign. That little bit of nerdiness finds its way into many of our flavors and branding, making Prairie Pops as fun as it is delicious.
